be prepared if you buy this book. I paid 12$ for it and had I seen it first hand , I would never have bought it. It is only 90 pages long , double spaced and certainly lacks information. Not at all pleased.

Very little new information & not enough to justify purchase cost. Quite a disappointment when compared to hype praising the book

It is best suited for a beginner who is unfamiliar with nutrition and is ready to dive into it. As someone who has a proficient knowledge of nutrition, this book was just a repeat of information that I'd previously learned. I found very new information to take in. I chose to listen to the book over audible, so if it is a cookbook I had no idea. The recipes present may be really good, but I was looking more for information than I was looking for another cookbook.

Good but brief with general explanations of food benefits. The kindle version was not illustrated.One week suggested menu provided.

It is a very good guide to follow to and make the changes in the your diet.It is best to do over them a month to get used to them.Have not finished this yet I will update when I am done but I am happy with what I have read so far it is a great book for anyone who has issues with pain and anti-inflammatory issues from what I have read! And I recommend the book and to go by what they say also it does help a lot!
