Well, maybe two days since at the end of chapters 2-7 Karen has a page to record your reflections and hair goals.Karen's book explains everything from The honeymoon phase to making the "HAIRadigm shift" (that’s Karen’s word). Chapters cover everything from deciding to go natural, actually transitioning, the big chop, and loving yourself to trusting God during your natural hair journey. I truly enjoyed reading the testimonies of others' natural hair journey at the end of the book.This is a must read for anyone considering going natural, newbies, and women who might be doubting their decision after they have gone natural.
